It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Calorie, macro, and nutrition figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, abuse or overload our AI services, access other users' data, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The Dagnara app, its design, and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your logged data belongs to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dagnara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on nutrition estimates.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where Apple's App Store terms apply, you agree that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or any support, warranty, or claims relating to it.
