Community Guidelines
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Dagnara is built to help people eat better, move more, and feel good doing it. These guidelines describe the values we hold and the behavior we expect wherever people interact with Dagnara — in the app, in support conversations, and in any future community features. They exist to keep Dagnara safe, honest, and supportive for everyone.
Our Values
- Health without shame. Progress looks different for everyone. We celebrate small wins and never body-shame, guilt, or pressure anyone.
- Honesty. Share real experiences. Don't spread misinformation about nutrition, supplements, or health.
- Respect. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Disagree kindly.
What's Not Allowed
To protect our community, the following are prohibited when using Dagnara:
- Harassment & hate. No bullying, threats, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, body size, or any other characteristic.
- Harmful content. No promotion of eating disorders, extreme fasting, disordered eating, self-harm, or dangerous "detox," purging, or crash-diet behavior. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
- Dangerous advice. No presenting unqualified guidance as medical advice, or encouraging unsafe calorie restriction or supplement use.
- Illegal activity. No content that promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or any unlawful behavior.
- Spam & scams. No spam, fake products, pyramid schemes, or deceptive marketing.
- Impersonation & privacy violations. Don't impersonate others or share someone else's private information without consent.
- Explicit or violent content. No sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Abuse of the service. Don't attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its AI services.
A Note on Health & Safety
Dagnara provides general nutrition and wellness information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. If you are struggling with your relationship to food or your body, please talk to a doctor, dietitian, or mental-health professional. In a crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline in your country.
Reporting & Enforcement
If you encounter behavior or content that breaks these guidelines, report it to support@dagnara.com. We review reports and may remove content, warn users, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines — with or without notice, depending on the severity.
Changes
We may update these guidelines as Dagnara grows. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
